Comment on calculations of the K$\_{L}\rightarrow\mu\overline{mu}$ gauge theories

A modified calculation of the decay rate for K/sub L//sup o/ to mu /sup +/ mu /sup -/ in the Weinberg-Salam theory with GIM charm and free quarks is presented.
