Observation of proton emission following thermal neutron capture in 345d/sup 84/Rb
Using a target prepared by on-line isotope separation, thermal neutron capture in /sup 84/Rb(I/sup pi =/2/sup -/)has been shown to induce proton emission to the ground state (O/sup +/) and first excited state (2/sup +/) of /sup 84/Kr.
