Data on the reaction pn to pX are extracted from a pd experiment in the CERN 2 m DBC at 10 GeV/c. The cross-section for neutron fragmentation events with mod t mod <1 (GeV/c)/sup 2/ determined and compared with data at high energies at fixed M/sub x//sup 2//s and t.
