On the improvement of some rigorous inequalities on S and P-waves for pi - pi scattering
The inequalities of Auberson, Brander, Mahoux and Martin are investigated with respect to the possibility of making them sharper by using also the positivity of the derivative of the absorptive part. It is found that some of the inequalities can indeed be improved. (8 refs).
