Sumario: | The author attempts to clarify the question of the effective size of a photon on the basis of a physical picture which has been found useful in understanding the 'shadowing' effects in nuclear photoprocesses and the diffractive features in both high energy nucleonic photoprocesses and large omega identical to 2M nu /Q/sup 2/ nucleonic electroproductions. The result is in contradiction with the result of Cheng and Wu's model calculation and with the formal estimate of important space-time regions, in the large omega region. Origins of this disagreement are analyzed. (17 refs). |
