Decay properties of /sup 81/Ga and /sup 81/Ge and observation of abnormal energy shift in the p/sub 1/2/ state

/sup 81/Ga is efficiently produced in the isotope separator on-line facility OSIRIS at Studsvik, utilizing thermal fission of /sup 235/U. The germanium isobars are studied as daughter products.
