Meson-resonance production in p-p interactions at 53-GeV (cm) energy

The corresponding total inclusive cross sections are estimated to be 2.62+or-0.26 mb, 0.40+or-0.22 mb, 154+or-60 mu b, and 107+or-52 mu b, respectively. The magnitude of the K* cross section implies a cross section of approximately 5 mu b for production of a charmed DD pair. (6 refs).
