Sumario: | For pt.I see ibid., vol.16, p.2822 (1978). The authors extend their Monte-Carlo quark-parton model by introducing explicitly the transverse momenta of partons in the compound state formed by two colliding hadrons. Calculated energy dependence of the average multiplicities of stable hadrons produced in pp collisions and the p /sub T/ and y inclusive spectra are in good qualitative agreement with the data. Their results on resonance production at square root s=53 Ge V coincide with recent CERN ISR data. (20 refs). |
