Sumario: | Recent experiments carried out at CERN with better statistics did not find the ' nu -anomaly' reported earlier. This 'anomaly' was the principal motivation for introducing new heavy quarks beyond charm which possesses right-handed coupling to the light quarks. It is shown that the inclusion of the contribution of the sea quarks, together with the usual Cabibbo and GIM couplings, gives an impressive agreement with the experimental results. Differential cross-sections for the deep-inelastic processes nu N to l/sup -/X and nu N to l/sup + /X, where N is the isoscalar 'average nucleon target', X is the unobserved hadronic system produced, in the scaling limit are discussed.
