Discrepancy between CERN and Saclay phase shifts for pion-nucleon scattering

It is shown that discrepancies exist between predictions of CERN and Saclay phase shifts for spin rotation parameters in the 1.5 to 6 GeV/c region and also in the 0.75 to 0.90 GeV/c region. Some new measurements which might resolve these problems are proposed. (14 refs).
