Parton distribution and level structure of dual hadrons

The authors study a model of hadrons where a dual parton dynamics for the parton interaction is explicitly assumed. They calculate a parton distribution function and other interesting physical quantities based on the model. Their study is strongly motivated by our interest in investigating a possible connection between the parton model and the dual-resonance model of hadrons. The main emphasis is placed on the transverse-momentum cut-off and scaling properties of particle distributions which are achieved as a consequence of the assumed level structure and its dual coupling scheme of hadrons.
