Sumario:Two-Photon collision processes are studied with the L3 detector at the Large Electron Positron collider (LEP) at CERN. The inclusive particle production of K/sub S//sup 0/ and, for the first time at LEP, pi /sup 0/ in the reaction e/sup +/e/sup -/ to e/sup +/e/sup -/ gamma gamma to e/sup +/e/sup -/ hadrons is analysed for quasireal photons at center- of-mass energies, square root s, for the incoming electron-positron pair of 189 GeV < square root s< 202 GeV. The differential cross sections of the neutral pions and kaons are measured as a function of their transverse momentum as well as their pseudorapidity and compared to next-to-leading order perturbative QCD predictions.
