R/sub b/, R/sub c/ measurements at SLD and LEP-I

This report summarizes the measurements of R/sub b/, R/sub c/ at SLD and LEP-I. These measurements are sensitive probes of the Z/sup 0/ couplings to heavy quarks, which provide precision tests of the Standard Model of electroweak interactions at ~0 3% and ~2% level respectively.
