The nu /sub mu / to nu /sub tau / mixing is excluded down to sin/sup 2/2 theta /sub mu tau / = 6.8 * 10/sup -4/ for large Delta m/sub mu tau //sup 2/ using a statistical treatment. The analysis continues ("Phase II") with a new techniques, developed in DONUT experiment to improve the sensitivity.
