Sumario:This document concerns the award of a contract for the supply and installation of pipework in the LHC LSS7 area at Point 7. The Finance Committee is invited to agree to the negotiation of a contract with INIZIATIVE INDUSTRIALI (IT), the lowest bidder, for the supply and installation of pipework in the LHC LSS7 area Point 7 for a total amount of 511 234 euros (786 515 Swiss francs), not subject to revision. The rate of exchange used is that stipulated in the tender.
