New Contract Policy for Staff Members

At its session in June 2005, the Council approved the introduction of a new Contract Policy for staff members, subject to the Management submitting related amendments to the Staff Rules & Regulations, with a view to their coming into effect at the beginning of 2006. After discussion at TREF in October 2005, the Management presents in this document the required amendments to the Finance Committee and the Council for approval. These amendments would take effect on 1.1.2006, as foreseen, including the implementation of transitory measures applicable to staff members in post.
