The isospin assignment I=0 comes from its further observation in the reactions K ^{-}p to (K/sub s/^{0}K/sup +or-/\pi/sup -or+/) Sigma ^{0} and K^{-}p to (K/sub s/^{0}K/sup +or-/\pi/sup -or+/) Sigma (1385)^{0} but not in K^{-}p to (K^{+}K^{-}\pi/sup -)/ Sigma ^{+} or K^{-}p to (K/sub s/^{0}K^{-}\pi^{0}) Sigma (1385)^{+}. A maximum likelihood analysis of the (KK\pi) decay Dalitz plots in the reactions K^{-}p to (K/sub s/^{0}K/sup +or-/\pi/sup -or+/) Lambda determines the J/sup PC/ of the D' meson to be 1/sup ++/. A satisfactory SU(3) fit is obtained to a 1/sup ++/ nonet composed of the I=1, A/sub 1/, the I=1/2 Q/sub A/ with the D (1285) and the D'(1526) as the I=0 members having a mixture angle close to the magnetic one.
