Selection of ADSLBR chip for LHCb Outer Tracker FE

The ASDBLR is a custom integrated circuit that provides the complete analog signal processing chain (amplification, shaping, baseline restoration and discrimination). Every chip was tested in order to verify if it works correctly. The test performed and the selection cuts applied are described.
