After a brief description of the detector, its construction, and readout electronics, this paper summarizes results of quality checks (electrical and connectivity) carried out during the integration of the calorimeter wheels into the cryostats. This paper also presents selected results of its performance, such as linearity, energy resolution, timing resolution, and uniformity of the energy response, obtained in beam tests with several series modules. |
