Sumario:At its 123rd Session on 13 December 2002, the Council decided to adopt the resolution on the creation of a CERN Audit Committee (CERN/2471/Rev.2, Annex 2) and in its Terms of Reference (CERN/2471/Rev.2, Annex 1) it was proposed to review the latter in 2005. Therefore, Council is now invited to approve the revised version as set out in the Annex.
