| Sumario: | The aim of this note is to investigate the average direction of the main field in the LHC main dipoles, as measured in industry. The field angle values are taken at room temperature with the DIMM measurement system and expressed with respect to the cold mass mean plane which is defined by the fiducialization carried out by TS/SU. Due to a sign error in the DIMM system, the data coming from industry had to be reprocessed and the results are presented here. |
