At NA16

In this experiment carried out by a Collaboration of 17 laboratories the 1-litre high resolution hydrogen bubble chamber LEBC was combined with a downstream analysis system provided by the European Hybrid Specrometer to study the hadronic production and properties of charmed and other short-lived particles. In the photo the beam H2, after traversing LEBC and other detectors, enters from left into IGD the Intermediate Gamma Detector (see photo 7910542X) behind which is an analysing magnet.
