Around the intersection region I6, ISR
The setup belongs to the experiment R608 to study large X hadron physics and correlations. The beam crossing point is to the right, towards bottom, while moving left one finds the 90 deg spectrometer, and up, right, the detectors of the forward spectrometer. See Annual Report 1983 p.127, Fig.13.
