Constraints on extra dimensions from the ATLAS experiment at the LHC

The quest for hints about the existence of extra dimensions has recently made tremendous progress with the analysis of the data registered during the first run of the LHC, at center-of-mass energies of 7 TeV and 8 TeV. While we are awaiting the LHC run at nominal energy, it is a good time to review...

Sumario:The quest for hints about the existence of extra dimensions has recently made tremendous progress with the analysis of the data registered during the first run of the LHC, at center-of-mass energies of 7 TeV and 8 TeV. While we are awaiting the LHC run at nominal energy, it is a good time to review the results and constraints already obtained in a large variety of scenarios and signatures.
