description The Silicon Drift Detector is well suited for secondary vertex reconstruction, particle identification and tracking of low-momentum particles in the ALICE experiment where will be in central Pb-Pb collisions reached very high particle multiplicity. The ALICE SDD performance was studied during beam tests carried out at the CERN SPS facility. The data analysis results, presented here, were focused on the evalution of spatial resolution for various incident angles of particles traversing the detector.
