$ln$ $s$ Physics at the ISR Definition - Knowledge and Problems and Large $p_T$ phenomena recent developments

At this Conference on storage rings, Physics at the ISR is being reviewed in three sections , The separation between $ln$ $s$ physics, large $P_T$ phenomena and lepton production seemed to us to correspond to present emphasis. The first section, on $ln$ $s$ physics, reviews dominant hadronic phenomena for which some general knowledge is now available. Since the corresponding topics have been reviewed several times already , emphasis is put on a few topical points. The second section reviews some recent developments in the study of large $P_T$ phenomena with present tentative conclusions about jets .
