Sumario:LAA was the first special program at CERN dedicated to prepare the future beyond the ongoing CERN Large Electron-Positron Collider (LEP) construction program 1980 to 1989. Unlike all previous CERN projects (PS, BOOSTER, BEBC, ISR, SPS)LEP approval was obtained under the condition to stay within the CERN budget level. No extra project budget was assigned for this major European scientific infrastructure project!
