description | In this thesis an electric ballast has been developed and put into practice
which can be used to run impedance measurements for SiPMs. Dierent platine designs
of the electric ballast are analysed. The disign exhibiting the best performance has been
used for further measurements. Furthermore this thesis shows that running impedance
measurements with this electric ballast for easy electric devices like an inductor or a
capacitor is a substantial progress compared to previous methods. With this knowledge
the impedance of SiPMs can be measured. Problems with the calibration at the electric
ballast are solved by an own calculated calibration. Finally a known SiPM with a voltage
between 0-70 V was measured. |
