New results from NA48 on rare neutral $K$-decays

New results by the NA48 collaboration on rare neutral K decay are reported. $K_L \to \pi^0\gamma\gamma$ and $K_{LS} \to \pi^+\pi^-e^+e^-$ decays are reviewd. A preliminary B.R. of $(1.51 \pm 0.05(sta) \pi$ 0.20(sys) $10^6$ and an evidence of events with $m_{\gamma\gamma}$ < 240 MeV are given for $K_L \to \pi^0\gamma\gamma$ NA48 previous results on $K_L \to \pi^+\pi^- e^+ e^-$ are reviewed. The first measurement of $Ks \to \pi^+ \pi^- e^+ e^-$ decay with the B.R. of ~$4.10^{-5}$ and an asymmetry consistent with 0 are reported.
