Sumario:In 1999 the four LEP experiments have collected data at energies between 192 and 202 Ge V, for approximately $900 pb^{-1}$ integrated luminosity. The LEP working group for Higgs boson searches has combined these data with data sets collected earlier at lower energies. No statistically significant excess has been observed when compared to the Standard Model background prediction. The following 953 confidence level bounds have been obtained. In the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model and from representative scans of the SUSY parameters, the mass limits $m_h>88.3 GeV/c^2$ and $m_A>88.4 GeV/c^2$ are obtained for the light CP-even and the CP-odd neutral Higgs boson, respectively. Furthermore, for a top quark mass less than or equal to $174.3 GeV/c^2$, and assuming no (or large) mixing in the scalar-top sector, the range $0.4 tan \beta$ , $(0.7 tan \beta 1.8)$ is excluded.
