Sumario: | The radiation environment produced by the CERN accelerator complex includes different kinds of particles whose energy can vary in a wide spectrum. In this framework, the radiation monitoring is a challenging task that needs to be continuously improved. For this aim, a comprehensive study and characterization of Floating Gate Dosimeter is presented in this work. Radiation responses to gamma rays at different dose rates have been analyzed. The linearity of the sensors and the sensitivity dependency on the temperature variation has been evaluated by performing specific tests. The output fading phenomenon has been investigated. |
