Sumario:An upgrade of LHC beam instrumentation has been performed during the Long Shutdown 1. In this context both the beam position and tune monitoring systems, as well as their respective feedback systems have been reviewed and modified. This contribution presents an overview of the major hardware and software modifications performed during LS1 and the expected performance with 6.5TeV beams in 2015.
