Charmless $b$-hadron decays

Six recent LHCb results in the field of charmless b-hadron decays are presented: the first observation of a B0 s baryon decay, the first observation of three new B0 (s) → p¯ph+h − decay modes —where h and h each denote a kaon or a pion— and the evidence of a fourth one, the first observation of the decay B0 → K+K − —the rarest hadronic B decay ever observed— and the first evidence of CP violation in baryon decays and in the B0 s → K+K − decay.
