Sumario:The e+ e- --> ZZ cross sections at sqrt(s)=182.7 and 189 GeV have beenmeasured using the ALEPH detector and the 1997 and 1998 LEP2 datasamples representing integrated luminosities of 56.8 and 173.5 pb-1,respectively. The selections cover all of the visible ZZ final statesand yield cross section measurements of sigma_NC2(182.7 GeV) = 0.22 +- (0.18,0.22) (stat.) +- 0.04 (syst.) pb and sigma_NC2(188.6 GeV) = 0.63 +- 0.12 (stat.) +- 0.05 (syst.) pb, consistent with the Standard Model values of 0.25 and 0.63 pb, respectively.
