Sumario:The LHCb, one of the Large Hadron Collider experiments, aims to study all processes related to the B meson decays. Recently, the Belle and BaBar experiments confirmed the existence of CP violation in the charge conjugated B meson decays into two bodies and, due to lack of statistics, they detected only evidences of CP violation in the charge conjugated B meson decays into three bodies. It is for the LHCb the task of collect sufficient data to confirm the CP violation for such decays, remaining the debate if the CP violation is due to the Cabbibo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix (CKM) dynamics or if there is some other mechanism beyond standard model contributing to the CP violation. Furthermore, for decays into three bodies, the current methods to measure the CP violation parameters are model dependents, which complicates the separation between CKM dynamics and physics beyond standard model contributing to CP violation. In this context, this thesis has as objective to present a novel method model independent to identify CP violation in the charmless charge conjugated B meson decays into three bodies by comparing the binned phase spaces of the conjugated mesons (Dalitz Plot). This method of comparison can also be applied in the conjugated D mesons decays, being helpfull to identify CP violation or physics beyond standard model, depending on the phase spaces compared.
