Advanced In-Situ Instrumentation of RF Circuits for Mixed-Field Irradiation Testing Purpose
This paper presents a method that applies multiplexing and in-fixture calibration technique to qualify for efficient instrumentation of multiple RF circuits up to 6 GHz during mixed-field irradiation.
