Sumario:Quarkonium production is studied in pp, p–Pb, Pb–Pb and Xe–Xe collisions using the ALICE detector at the CERN LHC. In p–Pb collisions, a differential J/$\psi$ with respect to transverse momentum, rapidity, and collision centrality is performed and the results can be described by theoretical calculations including cold nuclear matter effects except at backward rapidity. In Pb–Pb collisions, a strong suppression of J/$\psi$ is observed for $p_T$ > 5 GeV/c. This suppression is smaller for low-momentum J/$\psi$. Positive J/$\psi$ an isotropic flow is also observed.
