First Production of 50-µm-thick Resistive AC-Coupled Silicon Detectors (RSD) at FBK
Resistive AC-Coupled Silicon Detectors (RSD) represent a new frontier in 4D particle tracking through silicon detectors with intrinsic gain. In this work we present the experimental characterization done on the first run of sensors, RSD1, produced at Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK) in Trento, Italy.
