Sumario:The electron multipacting effect that occurs in the accel-erator vacuum tubes and radiofrequency cavity has a sig-nificant impact on beam quality and normal operation of the accelerator. The multipacting effect and electron cloud effect areclosely related to secondary electron emission(SEE) characteristics. In this paper,secondary electron yield (SEY), its dependence on incidence angle, spatial and energy distribution of secondary emission electrons and SEY depression as a function of deposited electron dosefor Cuare measured. And the SEY of ceramic samplesare successfully measured by effective charge neutralization
