This paper will discuss the performance achieved during both laboratory calibration and prototype testing with beam. The beam measurements performed in 2018 demonstrated excellent system reliability and reproducibility, while calibration in the laboratory showed that an accuracy below 10 um can be achieved on the wire position determination. |
