Experiment Requests and Constraints for Run 3

During Long Shutdown 2, all LHC experiments will undergo upgrades to improve their performance and, in case of LHCb and ALICE, enable running at significantly higher luminosity. Preliminary requests and constraints for Run 3 running conditions, such as maximum luminosity and pileup levels, crossing angles, etc. are presented for all experiments for both proton and heavy ion running. A first look at possible special run requests for Run 3 is presented as well.
