description | Sustainable Rural Development (SRD) represents a situation of global responsibility that requires local actions. To face this problem, there are proposals in the 2030 Agenda; however, many of them require the action and involvement of multiple participants. The state of Zacatecas is recognized as an agri-food power in the country, but it faces the challenge of developing strategies to achieve a SRD. The objective of this research was to analyze the level of institutional collaboration in Science and Technology (S&T) for the SRD of the state of Zacatecas with a systemic approach. A mapping of territorial innovation networks was carried out to build the collaboration network on S&T for SRD in the state. The results show that the network is subdivided into three levels of collaboration, each one with a different degree of commitment between the protagonists, this leads to suggesting differentiated proposals for each level. It is concluded that the collaboration network on S&T for SRD in the state can be functional if the identified key actors intervene as systemic managers in order to promote a greater institutional commitment that generates impacts. |
