description The implementation of actions to remedy the gender equality gap in an indigenous region required an evaluation of indicators in planning, follow-up and budget allocation of the Casa de la Mujer Indígena model and its effectiveness as a public policy to address violence and women's human rights. With the interest of this research to analyze the model of care to improve services. The work that was promoted is with local impact, through an operative team that generates the bridge with the women of the community, which contributes directly to development. Through a methodology of verification of social programs, the study was conducted with the application of questionnaires, semi-structured interviews and work with a focus group. The organization works from the operational team, the support of institutions and civil society organizations. Despite its consolidation, it does not have a protocol to streamline its processes.The elimination of hegemonic and patriarchal ideologies that subordinate women requires significant processes to strengthen them in spaces that contribute to their recognition as persons with rights. The presented experience of comprehensive attention to violence from the learning of indigenous women allows them to grow in a space that strengthens inclusion and identity.

La puesta en marcha de acciones para subsanar el rezago de igualdad de género en una región indígena requirió de una evaluación de indicadores en planeación, seguimiento y asignación presupuestal del modelo de la Casa de la Mujer Indígena y su eficacia como política pública para la atención de la violencia y los derechos humanos de las mujeres. Con el interés de la presente investigación de analizar el modelo de atención para mejorar los servicios. El trabajo que se impulsó es con impacto local, a través de un equipo operativo que genera el puente con las mujeres de la comunidad, que contribuye de forma directa al desarrollo. A través de una metodología de verificación de programas sociales, se realizó el estudio con la aplicación de cuestionarios, entrevistas semiestructuradas y trabajo con un grupo focal. La organización funciona a partir del equipo operativo, el apoyo de las instituciones y organizaciones de la sociedad civil. A pesar de su consolidación no cuentan con un protocolo de atención para agilizar sus procesos.La eliminación de las ideologías hegemónicas y patriarcales que subordinan a las mujeres requieren de procesos significativos para fortalecerlas en espacios que aportan a su reconocimiento como personas portadoras de derechos. La experiencia que se presenta de atención integral de la violencia desde los aprendizajes de las mujeres indígenas les permite crecer en un espacio que fortalece la inclusión e identidad.
