New institutional arrangements?On March 11, 2020, Covid 19 was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO). This disease has had different effects from country to country; there are some aspects that are frequently associated with them, highlighting the role played by having a healthy or unhealthy diet in the ability of people’s bodies to prevent and fight infections. So important is the role played by a healthy, sufficient and adequate diet, etc., that the WHO itself urged national governments to promote a healthy diet.
