So important is the role played by a healthy, sufficient and adequate diet, etc., that the WHO itself urged national governments to promote a healthy diet. ¿Nuevos arreglos institucionales?El 11 de marzo de 2020, el Covid 19 fue declarado pandemia por la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS). La enfermedad ha tenido efectos diferenciados en los países; existen algunos aspectos que son frecuentemente asociados a los mismos, aquí interesa destacar el que se refiere al papel que ha jugado el tener una alimentación saludable o no, en la capacidad del organismo de las personas para prevenir y combatir las infecciones. De tal importancia es el papel que juega una alimentación sana, suficiente, adecuada, etcétera, que la propia OMS instó a los gobiernos nacionales ha fomentar una alimentación saludable.
