Sumario:WAR, FOOD AND HUNGERThere is a war and about its magnitude, there are several interpretations, for some analysist, it is reduced to a confrontation between Russia and Ukraine, produced by a warmongering desire of Vladimir Putin. In this narrative (sustained by the western media) Ukraine only defends itself against an aggression and the European Union and the United States (through the NATO, a warmongering block too?) support it in its defense. From other perspectives, another analysts and media say that the confrontations between the NATO and Russia within Ukrainian territory is an expression of the hybrid World War III. The prelude of this war is the birth of a new international order (NIO). The NIO still does not show signs of being bipolar or multipolar and there is a wide debate about it. For the conformation of this NIO, there are other players, China in the first place, India, and blocks such as the BRICS. From the beginning, the European Union chose to continue playing a subservient role to the United States
