Keywords: National Development Plan 2018-2024, Social cohesion, Community development El trabajo que se desarrolla a continuación presenta, a manera de descripción, una serie de incongruencias en materia de políticas de sociales con enfoque de desarrollo comunitario. Cabe mencionar que las incongruencias a señalar no refieren una crítica respecto a la eficiencia y la eficacia en la implementación de política públicas desde el orden de Gobierno Federal, sino que señalan, en el mejor de los casos, problemas de carácter discursivo en cuanto al uso de algunos conceptos teóricos. Palabras clave Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2018-2024, Cohesión social, Desarrollo comunitario Le travail qui se développe ensuite, présente à manière de description, une série d’incohérences en matière de politiques sociales avec une approche de développement communautaire. Il faut souligner que les incohérences qui seront signalées ne font pas référence à une critique envers l’efficience et l’efficacité dans la mise en marche des politiques publiques à partir de l’ordre du Gouvernement fédéral, mais elles signalent dans le meilleur des cas, des problèmes de caractère discursif quant à l’usage des concepts théoriques.
