Proposal for the contribution of information and communications technology (ICT): A new scenario for the relation of public administration at the municipal level

In the electronic world in which we live we are surrounded by sources of information: television, radio, magazines, newspapers, gazettes, Internet, and a wide variety of electronic devices.At present, information and communication technology has taken on such importance in practically all areas of scientific, economic, academic and commercial work that it is difficult to conceive any serious attempt to advance in these fields in which can dispense with the tools that this technology offers. The governmental sphere is not beyond the scope of the foregoing.
