Sumario:The present paper is motivated based on morphological change which has been presenting is in Mexico from 2012, with the setting up a set of structural reforms driven by the so-called "Pact for Mexico", headed by the main political forces in the country. Thus, it is that, firstly, throughout the document, described the context that gave rise to the reform initiative and particularly the incidence in commercial companies. The incidence of these legal changes in the economy are required in a second time, and finally, major outlined changes to competitiveness through the concept of improvement regulatory.
