El presente texto tiene como objetivo propiciar la reflexión en torno al desafío que supone para los docentes de este siglo el cambio de paradigma de enseñar. Innovar, transformar o modificar la enseñanza de los profesores, forma parte de los discursos de reformas educativas enmarcadas en políticas de gobierno, sin un pleno análisis del qué, por qué y para qué cambiar.
